  • Completed Website Development & Design: Once the website development or design work has been finalized and approved by the client, no refunds will be provided. This includes custom website builds, logo design, and other graphic design services.
  • Digital Marketing Services (SEO, SMM, Paid Campaigns): Once work on digital marketing campaigns, such as SEO, social media management (SMM), or paid ad campaigns, has started, it is not eligible for a refund. These services often involve ongoing work, campaign setup, and investments made in the execution of the campaign.
  • Creative Services (Animation, Illustration, NFT Design): After creative services such as animations, illustrations, or NFT designs have been delivered and accepted by the client, no refunds will be issued. These services often involve time-intensive, creative work.
  • Third-Party Costs and Subscriptions: If your project involves third-party tools, software, or subscriptions (e.g., hosting, licensing, plugins), these costs are non-refundable. Once payment is made, these fees are typically non-recoverable.
  • Mobile Apps and Gaming Applications: Once mobile apps or gaming applications are delivered and have been tested and approved, they are non-refundable due to the customization and development work involved.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe that you qualify for a refund under the conditions mentioned above, please follow these steps to initiate your request:

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where a project has been partially completed, or a service has been partially delivered, a pro-rated refund may be issued. Additionally, transaction fees or third-party charges may be deducted from the refund amount, as they are non-refundable to us.

Once a refund has been approved, we will process the payment to the original method used for payment. Please note that it can take between 10-15 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution. If you have not received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider, as we are not responsible for delays caused by them.
